Device
Unique Device Address
Enter a unique numerical address for this device. This address must be different from other devices of the same type in your setup to avoid conflicts. For example, if you have multiple RIVEA-L devices, use addresses like '101', '102', etc.

Version

Update Firmware | Not Available | The available firmware version can be installed here. Both the latest and previous versions are available. Using the latest AUDAC Touch version and firmware is highly recommended to get the most out of your Atellio family devices. When a new firmware version is available, the button will be highlighted in orange. |

Automatic Display Brightness | Enable/Disable | The ambient light sensor automatically adjusts the display brightness according to the surrounding light conditions. For example, the display will dim in darker environments and increase to maximum brightness when exposed to direct sunlight, ensuring optimal visibility and comfort. The ambient light sensor can be enabled or disabled in the device settings. |
Current Brightness | Not Available | Shows the current brightness of the display. |
Manual Brightness | 0-100 | When the sensor is disabled, a fixed brightness level can be manually configured. |
Automatic Sleep | Off/Wake on control/Wake on control and proximity low sensitivity/ Wake on control and proximity medium sensitivity/ Wake on control and proximity high sensitivity | It is recommend to keep automatic sleep enabled. This will reduce overall power consumption and prevent potential temporary image retention. |
Time Settings
It is important to configure the time settings correctly. This is needed for the event handler time trigger to work correctly.

Finding an NTP Server
If your network has any restrictions, it is recommended to contact your network management to obtain the NTP address for the network you are connecting to, if the network is unmanaged or has no port restrictions then to find the IP address relative to you simply ping the address as shown below.

Reboot Device/Factory Reset/Support Logs

Reboot Device | Reboot | By rebooting the device, the connection will be lost for a few minutes. |
Factory Reset | Factory Reset | Performing a reset will cause all settings to be reset to factory default values, including network settings. |
Support Logs | Download password protected support logs | This will download support logs, which you can provide to Audac to diagnose possible problems you might be encountering. This file is password protected, and only readable by Audac. |
